Local heroes (aka bowlers) raised $76,000 for Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2007
Great Falls, MT- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Great Falls is pleased to announce the Great Falls community raised $73,000 for Bowl for Kids’ Sake 2007. All the money raised will stay in Cascade County and will be used to fund local mentoring programs for youth.
Bowl for Kids’ Sake took place over two Saturdays, October 27th and November 3rd at Little’s Lanes. Bowlers participating in the event raised money by asking for pledges. Lavonne Hagens raised the most money with over $3,000 in pledges. Many businesses participated in the bowling with NEW employees raising almost $8,000 between eight bowling teams.
